Ingredients: Instructions: Cut the pear into small squares. Heat the pan and add onion to cook for 2 minutes, then add the pork and cook for 5 minutes, then add the broccoli, cabbage, and pear to cook for a further 5 minutes. Ingredients: Instructions: Pour the oats, chia seeds and almond milk into a pot and put on low heat for 5 minutes. While waiting cut the berries into smaller sizes as your preference. Ingredients: Instructions: Heat a pot over medium heat and grill the chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Add the quinoa tomato sauce to the pot and reheat for 5 minutes, adding the lemon juice.
