Ingredients:
- 130g marinated cod fillet
- 350g seasoned carrots, courgette, broccoli, chestnut mushroom, kale
- A pinch of coriander

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the big vegetable foil parcel in the oven for 15 minutes, while the small cod foil parcel for only 10 minutes.
Place on the plate and sprinkle with coriander to enjoy.
