Breakfast – Berries & oats (aa15b) 一 莓子麦片粥

Ingredients:

  • 15g blueberries
  • 20g raspberries
  • 50g strawberries
  • 250ml Almond milk
  • 30g Gluten-free oats
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 15g 蓝莓
  • 20g 覆盆子
  • 50g 草莓
  • 250ml 杏仁奶
  • 30g 无麸燕麦
  • 1 奇亚籽

Instructions:

Pour the oats, chia seeds and almond milk into a pot and put on low heat for 5 minutes.

While waiting cut the berries into smaller sizes as your preference.

Transfer the oats into your favourite bowl and put the berries on top to enjoy.
