Lunch – Lemon garlic chicken with quinoa salad (aa16l) 一 蒜香柠檬鸡藜麦沙拉

Ingredients:

  • 100g marinated chicken breast
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 75g carrots
  • 25g cucumber
  • 50g oranges
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 10g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp salad dressing
  • 50g cooked quinoa
  • 100g 腌制鸡胸肉
  • 50g 圣女果
  • 75g 红萝卜
  • 25g 黄瓜
  • 50g 橙子
  • 50g 小菠菜叶
  • 10g 南瓜籽
  • 1勺 沙拉汁
  • 50g 煮好的藜麦

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Take the marinated chicken breast in the foil out from the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the spinach, mixed fruit & veg, and quinoa on a plate, pour the salad dressing on top and mix well.

Cut the cooked chicken breast into strips and place them on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with pumpkin seed, and enjoy.

烤箱预热180℃。

把用锡纸包好的腌制好的鸡胸⾁从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤15分钟。

同时,将菠菜、混合果蔬和藜麦放在盘子里,把沙拉汁倒在上面拌匀。

取出烤熟的鸡胸⾁切条摆盘上,撒上南瓜籽即可享⽤。
