Ingredients:

  • 50g banana
  • 50g avocado
  • 90g apples
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50ml Greek yoghurt
  • 50g 香蕉
  • 50g 牛油果
  • 90g 苹果
  • 1勺 奇亚籽
  • 50ml 希腊酸奶

Instructions:

Cut bananas, avocados, and apples into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour over Greek yoghurt, sprinkle with chia seeds and serve.
