Ingredients:
- 50g banana
- 50g avocado
- 90g apples
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 50ml Greek yoghurt
- 50g 香蕉
- 50g 牛油果
- 90g 苹果
- 1勺 奇亚籽
- 50ml 希腊酸奶
Instructions:
Cut bananas, avocados, and apples into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour over Greek yoghurt, sprinkle with chia seeds and serve.
