Ingredients: Instructions: Boil crushed chicken stock, chicken breast, firm tofu, and carrot in 200ml water for 10 minutes. Then add broccoli and Chinese leaf to cook a further 3 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in spinach. Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley to enjoy. 把碾碎的鸡汤宝,鸡胸肉、红萝卜、硬豆腐一起放到200ml水里煮10分钟。 加入西兰花和大白菜再煮3分钟。关火放入菠菜搅拌。 乘到碗里加盐和胡椒撒上欧芹一起享用。

Ingredients: Instructions: Pour the carrot soup and cucumber into a pot and heat up for 8 minutes then place into a bowl. Springkle with mint, chilli, almond, pumpkin seed to enjoy. 将胡萝卜汤和黄瓜倒入锅中加热 8 分钟,然后放入碗中。 撒上薄荷、辣椒、杏仁、南瓜籽享用。

Ingredients: Instructions: Boil courgettes, carrot, and sweetheart cabbage and kale in water for 10 minutes, then turn off heat and stir in spinach. Pour off the water and stir in the quinoa, season with salt and pepper. Heat another pan to cook the chicken breasts and serve with boiled vegetables. 把西葫芦、红萝卜、甜心洋白菜、羽衣甘蓝一起放到水里煮10分钟,关火放入菠菜搅拌。把水倒掉加入藜麦搅拌,加盐和胡椒调味。 另一个平底锅加热把鸡胸肉煎煮,与水煮菜一起享用。
