Dinner – Carrot Soup (aa20d) 红萝卜粥

Ingredients:

  • 410g carrots + coconut milk + bok choy
  • 50g cucumber
  • 15g pumpkin seeds
  • 15g chopped almonds
  • pinch mint leaves
  • pinch fresh chili
  • 410g 红萝卜+ 椰奶+油菜
  • 50g 黄瓜
  • 15g 南瓜籽
  • 15g 杏仁碎
  • 少许 薄荷叶
  • 少许 鲜辣椒

Instructions:

Pour the carrot soup and cucumber into a pot and heat up for 8 minutes then place into a bowl.

Springkle with mint, chilli, almond, pumpkin seed to enjoy.
