Ingredients:
- 100g marinated chicken breast
- 240g courgettes, carrots, sweetheart cabbage, kale
- 50g spinach
- 50g cooked quinoa
- 100g 腌鸡胸肉

Instructions:
Boil courgettes, carrot, and sweetheart cabbage and kale in water for 10 minutes, then turn off heat and stir in spinach. Pour off the water and stir in the quinoa, season with salt and pepper.
Heat another pan to cook the chicken breasts and serve with boiled vegetables.
