Ingredients:
- 110g Sirloin Steak
- 50g mixed green salad
- 100g cherry tomatoes + celery
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 50g sweet potato
- 110g 腌好的西凉扒
- 50g 沙拉菜
- 100g 小番茄 + 芹菜
- 1茶匙 橄榄油
- 1茶匙 香醋
- 50g 红薯
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 180℃. Put the sweet potato sticks in the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up the pan with olive oil. Once hot, add marinated sirloin steak. For Well done – cook 2 minutes each side, for medium – cook 1.5 minutes each side, for medium rare – cook 1 minute each side.
Pour the salad, tomato and celery into a bowl, add balsamic vinegar and mix well.
Enjoy the steak, sweet potato chips and salad together.
