Lunch – Chicken thigh & rice (aa24l) 一 鸡腿肉盖饭

Ingredients:

  • 100g Battered skinless chicken thigh
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 50g brown rice
  • 1 Tamari sauce
  • 100g 腌制裹粉的鸡腿肉
  • 50g 嫩菠菜
  • 50g 糙米饭
  • 1袋 酱汁

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Take the Battered skinless chicken thigh in the foil out from the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Cut a small corner on the brown rice bag, and place in the microwave to heat for 2 minutes. Heat the sauce for 1 minute.

Place the spinach on the plate, then add brown rice, cooked chicken, pour the sauce over and enjoy.

烤箱预热180℃。

把用锡纸包好的腌制裹粉的鸡腿肉从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤10分钟。

把糙米饭袋子剪小角,放在微波炉里加热2分钟。把酱汁也加热1分钟。

把嫩菠菜放在盘子上,放上热的糙米饭和烤熟切成条状的鸡腿肉,浇上酱汁即可享用。
