  • 100ml almond milk
  • 100ml Greek yoghurt
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 1tsp honey
  • 50g 香蕉
  • 50g 苹果
  • 50g 猕猴桃
  • 100ml 杏仁奶
  • 100ml 希腊酸奶
  • 10g 奇亚籽
  • 1tsp 蜂蜜
