Ingredients:
- 1 small piece of chicken breast
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- A pinch of parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500g vegetables of the day
- A little minced garlic
- A pinch of chilli flake
- 1块 鸡胸⾁
- 1勺 酱油
- 1茶勺 辣酱
- 少许 欧芹
- 1勺 橄榄油
- 500g 时令蔬菜
- 少许 蒜末
- 少许 辣椒碎
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Take the marinated chicken breast in the foil out from the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the pan on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic and vegetables, stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, then place on the plate.
Cut the cooked chicken breast into strips and place them on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, and enjoy.
烤箱预热180℃。
把用锡纸包好的腌制好的鸡胸⾁从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤20分钟。
同时平底锅中火加热,加⼊橄榄油、蒜末、切好的时令蔬菜,炒5-6分钟后盛出放在盘⼦上。
取出烤熟的鸡胸⾁切条摆盘上,撒上辣椒碎即可享⽤。
