Lunch – Stir-fry Quinoa & Veggies (aa06l) 一藜⻨炒蔬菜

Ingredients:

  • 80g boiled quinoa
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 leek
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 45g broccoli
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • A pinch of ginger powder
  • A little minced garlic
  • A little sesame
  • A pinch parsley
  • 80g 煮熟的藜⻨
  • 1/2 红萝⼘
  • 1/2 ⼤葱
  • 50ml 椰奶
  • 45g 西兰花
  • 1勺 酱油
  • 少许 ⽣姜粉
  • 少许 蒜末
  • 少许 ⽩芝⿇
  • 少许 欧芹

Instructions:

Place the pan on medium heat, add coconut milk, ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add carrots, broccoli, leek, 50ml of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the boiled quinoa and cook for another 2 minutes. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with some sesame and parsley to enjoy.

中⽕加热⼩锅,加⼊椰奶、⽣姜、酱油、蒜末炒⼀下。放⼊切成⼩块的红萝⼘、西兰花、⼤葱、50ml开⽔煮10分钟。加入已煮熟的藜⻨再炒2分钟后盛出撒上⽩芝⿇、欧芹即可享⽤。
