Ingredients:
- 300g vegetables of the day
- 1 chicken stock
- A pinch of chilli flake
- A pinch of coriander
- A small piece of Tofu
- 300g 时令蔬菜
- 1块 鸡汤宝
- 少许 ⼲辣椒碎
- 少许 ⾹菜
- 一小块 ⾖腐
Instructions:
Crush chicken stock cube into 200ml boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tofu and vegetables of the day to boil for a further 10 minutes then serve.
Sprinkle with chilli flakes and coriander to enjoy.
把鸡汤宝碾碎加⼊沸⽔⾥煮2分钟,放⼊豆腐和时令蔬菜再煮10分钟后盛出 。
撒上⼲辣椒碎、⾹菜就可以享⽤了。
