Dinner – Tofu veggie soup (aa07d) 蔬菜豆腐汤

Ingredients:

  • 300g vegetables of the day
  • 1 chicken stock
  • A pinch of chilli flake
  • A pinch of coriander
  • A small piece of Tofu
  • 300g 时令蔬菜
  • 1块 鸡汤宝
  • 少许 ⼲辣椒碎
  • 少许 ⾹菜
  • 一小块 ⾖腐

Instructions:

Crush chicken stock cube into 200ml boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Add tofu and vegetables of the day to boil for a further 10 minutes then serve.

Sprinkle with chilli flakes and coriander to enjoy.

把鸡汤宝碾碎加⼊沸⽔⾥煮2分钟,放⼊豆腐和时令蔬菜再煮10分钟后盛出 。

撒上⼲辣椒碎、⾹菜就可以享⽤了。
