  • 100g cooked carrots
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 50ml Greek yoghurt
  • 50g 芒果
  • 50g 橙子
  • 50g 苹果
  • 50g 菠萝
  • 100g 煮熟的红萝卜
  • 100ml 杏仁奶
  • 50ml 希腊酸奶
