Lunch – Chicken breast & rice (aa25l) 一 鸡胸肉炒饭

Ingredients:

  • 100g marinated chicken breast
  • 100g carrots
  • 100g courgette
  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g brown rice
  • 1 bag sauce
  • 100g 腌制的鸡胸肉
  • 100g 红萝卜
  • 100g 西葫芦
  • 50g 西兰花
  • 50g 糙米饭
  • 1袋 酱汁

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Take the marinated chicken breast in the foil out from the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Heat the pot, add the vegetables, rice and sauce, cook for 5 minutes and place them on the plate.

Serve hot with the cooked chicken breast and sprinkle with sesame seed.

烤箱预热180℃。

把用锡纸包好的腌制鸡胸肉从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤15分钟。

小锅加热放入蔬菜,米饭和酱汁,炒5分钟装盘。

把烤熟的鸡胸肉放在上面撒上芝麻即可享用。
