Dinner – Sea bass with salad (aa25d) 海鲈鱼和沙拉

Ingredients:

  • 100g Sea bass
  • 300g sweetcorn, baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lettuce
  • 50g red onion
  • 1 bag sauce
  • 100g 海鲈鱼
  • 300g 玉米,嫩菠菜,黄瓜,小番茄,生菜
  • 50g 红洋葱
  • 1包 酱汁

Instructions:

Place the mixed salad on a plate.

Heat the pan and grill the seabass skin side down for 10 minutes. Place it on top of the mixed salad, pour over the sauce to enjoy.

把沙拉菜放在盘子上。

加热平底不沾锅,将海鲈鱼鱼皮面向下煎制10分钟后放到沙拉菜上,浇上灵魂酱汁即可享用。
