Ingredients:
- 100g Sea bass
- 300g sweetcorn, baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lettuce
- 50g red onion
- 1 bag sauce
- 100g 海鲈鱼
- 300g 玉米,嫩菠菜,黄瓜,小番茄,生菜
- 50g 红洋葱
- 1包 酱汁
Instructions:
Place the mixed salad on a plate.
Heat the pan and grill the seabass skin side down for 10 minutes. Place it on top of the mixed salad, pour over the sauce to enjoy.
