Ingredients:

  • 100g mixed blueberries, blackberries, rasberries
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 10g grounded almond
  • 100g 混合蓝莓、黑莓、覆盆子
  • 30g 奇亚籽
  • 250ml 杏仁奶
  • 10g 杏仁碎

Instructions:

Pour the mixure into your favourite bowl,add in the chia seed mix well and wait for 5 minutes to enjoy.
