Ingredients:
- 80g quinoa, cooked
- 100g carrots
- 50g broccoli
- 150g Chinese leaves
- 100g marinated chicken breast
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
- 80g 藜麦, 煮熟
- 100g 红萝卜
- 50g 西兰花
- 100g 大白菜
- 100g 鸡胸肉
- 1茶匙 橄榄油
- 1茶匙 蒜末
- 1/4茶匙 白芝麻
Instructions:
Heat a small pot over medium heat, add olive oil, minced garlic, and marinated chicken breast and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add diced carrots, broccoli, and Chinese cabbage, stir-fry for 5 minutes, pour in the cooked quinoa and stir well. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with white sesame seeds to enjoy.
小锅中火加热, 加入橄榄油、蒜末、腌好的鸡胸肉翻炒3分钟.
加入切成块的红萝卜、西兰花、大白菜, 炒5分钟后倒入煮好的藜麦再翻拌一下, 盛出撒上白芝麻即可享用。
