Ingredients:

  • 100g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp tikka masala sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 100g cauliflower rice
  • 100g green beans, trimmed
  • 100g tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 100g 鸡胸肉
  • 1茶匙 蒜沫
  • 1茶匙 生姜粉
  • 1茶匙 玛莎拉酱
  • 1茶匙 孜然粉
  • 100g 花椰菜饭
  • 100g 青豆
  • 100g 番茄
  • 1茶匙 橄榄油

Instructions:

Heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and stir-fry the marinated chicken breast for 5 minutes. Add mixed green beans, tomatoes, and cauliflower rice and fry for another 5 minutes. Take out and serve.
