Ingredients:
- 100g Marinated Salmon
- 100g courgette
- 50g sweet potatoes
- 50g asparagus
- 150g daikon radish
- 50g spinach
- 100g 腌制好的三文鱼
- 50g 红薯
- 100g 西葫芦
- 150g 白萝卜
- 50g 芦笋
- 50g 菠菜
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the sweet potato, courgettes, daikon radish and asparagus sticks on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Remove the marinated salmon from the bag, without opening the foil packet, and place it on the baking tray as well. Put them together in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Place the spinach on a platter and serve with the vegetables and salmon after roasting to enjoy.
预热烤箱至180°C。
将切成条状的红薯、西葫芦、白萝卜芦笋放在烤盘上,撒上盐和胡椒。把腌制好的三文鱼从袋子取出,不要打开锡纸包,也放在烤盘上。一起放入烤箱12分钟。
把波菜放在盘子上,蔬菜和三文鱼烤好后一起放在盘中即可享用。
