Ingredients:
- 100g cooked brown rice
- 50g cooked edamame beans
- 50g avocado, diced
- 100g cucumber, diced
- 100g carrot, grated
- 50g smoked salmon, sliced
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp rice vinegar
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1/2tsp sesame
- 100克 煮熟的糙米
- 50克 煮熟的毛豆
- 50克 牛油果,切丁
- 100克 黄瓜,切丁
- 100克 胡萝卜,磨碎
- 50克 烟熏三文鱼,切片
- 1汤匙 酱油
- 1汤匙 米醋
- 1茶匙 芝麻油
- 1/2茶匙 芝麻
Instructions:
Place the mix the cooked brown rice, edamame beans, and carrot in a bowl. Place the cubed cucumber, avocado and smoked salmon on top. Drizzle the mixed sauce on the sushi bowls and sprinkle with sesame to enjoy.
把混合好的煮熟的糙米饭,毛豆、胡萝卜混合物放在碗里。上面放上切块的黄瓜、牛油果和切片的烟熏三文鱼。 把混合的好的汁淋在寿司碗上,撒上芝麻即可享用。
