Ingredients:
- Vegetable stock cube
- 50g firm tofu, cubed
- 50g broccoli florets
- 50g carrot, sliced
- 150g daikon radish
- 20g yam vermicelli slice
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 100g spinach
- 蔬菜高汤块
- 50g 硬豆腐
- 50g 西兰花
- 50g 胡萝卜
- 150g 白萝卜
- 20g 山药粉皮
- 1汤匙 味噌酱
- 100g 菠菜
- 1汤匙 葱花
Instructions:
Crush vegetable stock cube into 300ml boiling water, add yam vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tofu and vegetables to boil for a further 10 minutes. Dissolve miso paste in a small bowl with a little hot water. Add to the soup and stir well.
Turn off the hob and add spinach. Serve and Garnish with chopped scallion to enjoy.
把菜汤宝碾碎和山药粉片一起加⼊300ml沸⽔⾥煮5分钟,放⼊豆腐和蔬菜再煮10分钟。味增酱加少许水溶解后加入汤中,搅匀关火加入菠菜。盛出撒上葱花即可享用。
