Lunch – Quinoa & Greens (aa05l) 一藜⻨烩绿菜

Ingredients:

  • 80g boiled quinoa
  • 1 spoon of coconut oil
  • 45g broccoli
  • 20g asparagus
  • A pinch of thyme
  • A pinch of rosemary
  • A pinch of minced garlic
  • A pinch of parsley
  • 80g 煮熟的藜⻨
  • 1勺 椰⼦油
  • 45g 西兰花
  • 20g 芦笋
  • 少许 百⾥⾹
  • 少许 迷迭⾹
  • 少许 蒜末
  • 少许 欧芹

Instructions:

Place the pan on medium heat, add coconut oil, and once hot add thyme, rosemary, garlic, chopped asparagus and broccoli, stir-fry for 6 minutes.
Then add the boiled quinoa and cook for another 2 minutes, place in a bowl, sprinkle some parsley and enjoy.

中⽕加热⼩锅,加⼊椰⼦油、百⾥⾹、迷迭⾹、蒜末、切碎的芦笋和西兰花,翻炒6分钟. 加入已煮熟的藜⻨再炒2分钟后盛出撒上欧芹即可享⽤。
