Ingredients:
- 80g boiled quinoa
- 1 spoon of coconut oil
- 45g broccoli
- 20g asparagus
- A pinch of thyme
- A pinch of rosemary
- A pinch of minced garlic
- A pinch of parsley
- 80g 煮熟的藜⻨
- 1勺 椰⼦油
- 45g 西兰花
- 20g 芦笋
- 少许 百⾥⾹
- 少许 迷迭⾹
- 少许 蒜末
- 少许 欧芹
Instructions:
Place the pan on medium heat, add coconut oil, and once hot add thyme, rosemary, garlic, chopped asparagus and broccoli, stir-fry for 6 minutes.
Then add the boiled quinoa and cook for another 2 minutes, place in a bowl, sprinkle some parsley and enjoy.
