Ingredients:
- 1 piece of salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp kimchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cherry tomato
- 1 handful spinach
- A little pumpkin seeds
- A pinch of parsley
- 1⼩块 三⽂⻥
- 1/2 ⽜油果
- 1/2 柠檬的汁
- 2勺 韩国泡菜
- 1勺 橄榄油
- 1把 ⼩番茄
- 1把 菠菜
- 少许 南⽠⼦
- 少许 欧芹
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Take the marinated salmon in the foil out of the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Place the spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado and kimchi on the plate, then place the cooked salmon on top. Sprinkle with pumpkin seed, and parsley to enjoy.
烤箱预热180℃。
把用锡纸包好的腌制好的三文鱼从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤10分钟。
把菠菜、小番茄、牛油果、辣白菜放在盘子上。把烤熟的三文鱼也摆上,撒上打碎的南⽠⼦、欧芹即可享⽤。
