Dinner – Fried eggs with vegetables(aa22d) 鸡蛋炒菜

Ingredients:

  • 200g Green beans + cabbage
  • 50g carrots
  • 1 sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp spring onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g 腕豆+卷心菜
  • 50g 胡萝卜
  • 1包 酱
  • 1茶匙 橄榄油
  • 1汤匙 葱
  • 2个 鸡蛋

Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them up. Heat a pan, add the olive oil and eggs, wait for it to raise then turn it over and separate up.

Put the cooked egg back into the bowl.

Put the green beans, cabbage, carrots in the pan and cook for 3 minutes, add the bag of sauce then add the eggs back in the pan stir well.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with the spring onion.

将鸡蛋打入碗中并打散。 加热平底锅,加入橄榄油,将鸡蛋炒熟后放回碗中。

将红萝卜、豌豆、洋白菜放入锅中加入酱,炒3分钟后把鸡蛋放进去搅匀。

盛出撒上葱花即可享用。
