Dinner – Stir fried King prawn with egg & tomato(aa18d) 番茄鸡蛋大虾

Ingredients:

  • 100g marinated king prawn
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 50g cucumber
  • 20g rocket
  • 1 small corn on the cob
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 100g 腌制好的大虾
  • 200g 番茄和酱
  • 50g 黄瓜
  • 20g 芝麻菜
  • 1个 鸡蛋
  • 1小块 玉米
  • 1茶匙 橄榄油

Instructions:

Place the Corn on the cob in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a pot for 3 minutes, add the king prawn and cucumber to cook a further 3 minutes.

At the same time, crack the egg into a bowl and beat it up. Heat a pan, add the egg, and wait for it to raise then turn it over. Put the cooked egg into a pot and cook for a further 2 minutes, turn the heat off and add the rocket.

Serve the king prawn, cucumber, egg and tomato sauce in a bowl and enjoy with the corn on the cob.
