Lunch – Tuna with quinoa salad (aa17l) 一 吞拿鱼藜麦沙拉

Ingredients:

  • 120g Tuna steak in brine
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, celery, lettuce, baby spinach leaves
  • 50g sweet onion
  • 2g jalapenos
  • 1tbsp mayonnaise
  • 50g cooked quinoa
  • 120g 盐水吞拿鱼鱼排
  • 200g 圣女果, 芹菜, 生菜, 嫩菠菜叶
  • 50g 甜洋葱
  • 2g 墨西哥泡椒
  • 1tbsp 蛋黄酱
  • 50g 煮熟的藜麦

Instructions:

Place the mixed veg and quinoa on a plate, add salt and pepper and mix well.

Put the tuna and jalapenos on top, squeeze the mayonnaise, and enjoy.

把混合蔬菜和藜麦放在盘子里,撒胡椒拌匀。

把吞拿鱼(连汁一起) 和墨西哥泡椒放在上面,挤上蛋黄酱即可享用。
