Dinner – Spaghetti al pomodoro & an egg(aa09d) 意大利酱面加个煎蛋

Ingredients:

  • 100g whole wheat spaghetti (cooked)
  • 50g spinach
  • 100g specially made Italian pomodoro
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 100g 全麦意大利面(煮熟)
  • 50g 菠菜
  • 100g 秘制意大利番茄酱
  • 1汤匙 罗勒叶,切碎
  • 1个鸡蛋

Instructions:

Place the spinach on the plate. Make a fried egg without oil.

Reheat the spaghetti in boiling water for 3 minutes, and put it on the spinach.

Meanwhile, microwave the specially cooked Italian tomato sauce for 2 minutes then pour the sauce on the plate.

Top with fried egg and sprinkle with basil leaves to enjoy.

把菠菜摆在一个盘子上。不粘锅不放油煎一个鸡蛋。

将意大利面倒入在沸水中重新加热 3 分钟,沥干水后将其放在盘子上。

同时,用微波炉加热密制的意大利酱 2 分钟,然后淋在意大利面条上。

上面加个无油煎蛋,撒上罗勒叶即可享用。
