Dinner – Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry Vegetables (aa08d) 香辣虾仁炒蔬菜

Ingredients:

  • 100g shrimp
  • a little black fungus
  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g carrot
  • 50g onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 100g 虾仁
  • 少许 黑木耳
  • 50g 西兰花
  • 50g 胡萝卜
  • 50g 洋葱
  • 1瓣 大蒜
  • 1茶匙姜末
  • 1汤匙酱油
  • 1茶匙辣酱
  • 1茶匙橄榄油

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic, onion, and ginger and fry for 30 seconds.

Add the broccoli,sliced carrots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp, black fungus and fry for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and hot sauce, stir-fry for another 1 minute and serve.

小锅中高火加热橄榄油。加入切碎的大蒜、洋葱、姜末炒30秒。

加入西兰花,切片胡萝卜,翻炒2-3分钟。加入虾仁、黑木耳炒2分钟。加入酱油和辣酱,再翻炒1分钟即可享用。
