Ingredients:

  • 80g chicken breast
  • 80g pork fillet
  • 40g fillet steak
  • 1 part marinade sauce “a”
  • A pinch of ginger powder
  • A pinch of minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Kimchi
  • 80g 鸡胸⾁
  • 80g 猪⾥脊
  • 40g 菲⼒⽜扒
  • 1份 腌料汁a
  • 少许 ⽣姜粉
  • 少许 蒜末
  • 1勺 韩国泡菜

Instructions:

Preheat a non-stick pan, add minced garlic, then add marinated pork slices, chicken slices, and beef slices to cook and serve. It is even more delicious when eaten with Korean kimchi.

平底不沾锅预热,放⼊蒜末, 依次放⼊腌好的猪⾁⽚、鸡⾁⽚、⽜⾁⽚煎煮即可享⽤。搭配韩国泡菜⼀起吃更佳美味。
