Dinner – Chicken Breast & Veggies (aa01d) 鸡胸⾁和蔬菜

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • a little rosemary
  • 1块 鸡胸⾁
  • 1把 菠菜
  • 1勺 酱油
  • 1/2 西葫芦
  • 1/2 红萝⼘
  • 1勺 橄榄油
  • 少许 迷迭⾹

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Take the marinated chicken breast in the foil out from the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the cut carrot and courgette in the pot, add some water to boil for 8 minutes, then add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour off the water and put it on a plate, then cut the cooked chicken breast into strips and place them on top of the vegetables. Enjoy.

烤箱预热180℃。

把用锡纸包好的腌制好的鸡胸⾁从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤20分钟。

同时把切成⼩块的红萝⼘和西葫芦放到⽔⾥煮8分钟后, 放⼊菠菜再煮2分钟。

把⽔倒掉后将菜放在盘⼦上, 然后把烤熟的鸡胸⾁切条后放在蔬菜上即可享用。
