Dinner – Egg with tomato sauce (aa28d) 一 蔬菜炒鸡蛋

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200g Courgette+carrots+brussel sprouts
  • 100g corn on the cob
  • 50g Spinach
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 1bag sauce
  • 20g anchois
  • 2个鸡蛋
  • 200g 西葫芦+红萝卜+抱子甘蓝
  • 100g 玉米棒
  • 1包 调料汁
  • 1茶匙 橄榄油
  • 50g 嫩菠菜
  • 20g 小腌鱼

Instructions:

Put the sweet corn in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Crack the egg into a bowl and beat them up.

Heat a pan with olive oil, add the beaten egg, wait for it to rise, then turn it over and separate up. Put the cooked egg back into the bowl.

Do not wash the pan, add the mix vegetable in the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sauce, eggs, spinach and stir evenly.

Serve with sweetcorn, and anchios.
