Lunch – Egg with tomato sauce (aa27l) 一 秘制番茄酱和鸡蛋

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 60g Black beans
  • 60g Chickpea
  • 200g Special tomato sauce
  • 50g Spinach
  • 100g 大虾
  • 1包 调料粉
  • 60g 黑豆
  • 60g 鹰嘴豆
  • 200g 秘制番茄酱
  • 50g 嫩菠菜

Instructions:

Boil 2 eggs to your preference, cut into half.

Heat the special tomato sauce with black beans and chickpeas to the pot and heat up for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat, and stir in the spinach.

Serve up with the eggs and enjoy.

煮两个鸡蛋,切两半。

把秘制番茄酱,黑豆和鹰嘴豆加入到锅里加热5分钟,关火后加入菠菜搅拌。

盛出摆上鸡蛋,即可享用。
