  • 50g banana
  • 100g orange
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 150ml Greek yoghurt
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 1tsp honey
  • 50g 香蕉
  • 100g 橙子
  • 50ml 杏仁奶
  • 150ml 希腊酸奶
  • 10g 奇亚籽
  • 1tsp 蜂蜜
