Ingredients:
- 100g marinated chicken breast
- 50g baby spinach
- 150 broccoli +Chinese leaf
- 50g carrot
- 40g firm tofu
- 1 chicken soup stock
- A pinch parsley
- 100g 腌制鸡胸⾁
- 50g 菠菜
- 150g 西兰花和大白菜
- 50g 红萝⼘
- 40g 硬豆腐
- 1块 鸡汤宝
- 少许 欧芹
Instructions:
Boil crushed chicken stock, chicken breast, firm tofu, and carrot in 200ml water for 10 minutes. Then add broccoli and Chinese leaf to cook a further 3 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in spinach. Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley to enjoy.
把碾碎的鸡汤宝,鸡胸肉、红萝卜、硬豆腐一起放到200ml水里煮10分钟。 加入西兰花和大白菜再煮3分钟。关火放入菠菜搅拌。
乘到碗里加盐和胡椒撒上欧芹一起享用。
