Ingredients:
- 120g Tuna steak in brine
- 200g cherry tomatoes, celery, lettuce, baby spinach leaves
- 50g sweet onion
- 2g jalapenos
- 1tbsp mayonnaise
- 50g cooked quinoa
- 120g 盐水吞拿鱼鱼排
- 200g 圣女果, 芹菜, 生菜, 嫩菠菜叶
- 50g 甜洋葱
- 2g 墨西哥泡椒
- 1tbsp 蛋黄酱
- 50g 煮熟的藜麦
Instructions:
Place the mixed veg and quinoa on a plate, add salt and pepper and mix well.
Put the tuna and jalapenos on top, squeeze the mayonnaise, and enjoy.
