Breakfast – Fruit yoghurt & eggs (aa17b) 一 水果酸奶和鸡蛋

Ingredients:

  • 50g banana
  • 50g easy peeler
  • 1 boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50ml Greek yoghurt
  • 50g 香蕉
  • 50g 橘子
  • 1个 煮鸡蛋
  • 1勺 奇亚籽
  • 50ml 希腊酸奶

Instructions:

Chop bananas into small pieces, unpeel the easy peeler and place both in a bowl. Pour over Greek yoghurt, and sprinkle with chia seeds. Boil two eggs and serve together.

将香蕉切成小块, 把橘子剥好皮分开辦刚入碗里。倒入希腊酸奶,撒上奇亚籽。 煮一个鸡蛋一起享用。
