Ingredients:

  • 50g apple
  • 50g orange
  • 50g banana
  • 150g plain Greek yogurt
  • Few dried cranberries
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 50克 苹果
  • 50克 橙子
  • 50克 香蕉
  • 150克 希腊酸奶
  • 少许 蔓越莓干
  • 1勺 嘉种子

Instructions:

Put into your favourite bowl, mix together. Sprinkle with dried cranberries, and chia seeds to enjoy.
