Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 small piece of chicken breast
- 1 part of marinade sauce “a”
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 carrot
- A pinch parsley
- A pinch thyme
- A pinch minced garlic
- 1个 鸡蛋
- 1⼩块 鸡胸⾁
- 1份 腌料汁a
- 1把 菠菜
- 1棵 红萝⼘
- 少许 欧芹
- 少许 百⾥⾹
- 少许 蒜末
Instructions:
Boil 200ml water in the pot. Once boiling, put the carrots, garlic, thyme and marinated chicken breast together in the pot and boil for 10 minutes.
Then crack an egg into the pot and cook for another 3 minutes.
Turn the cooker off, then add the spinach and stir it.
Place into a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy.
把切成⼩块的红萝⼘、蒜末、百⾥⾹、和腌制好的鸡胸⾁⼀起放到200ml沸⽔⾥煮10分钟,打⼊鸡蛋再煮3分钟。
关⽕后放⼊菠菜搅拌⼀下盛出,撒上欧芹即可享⽤。
