Ingredients:
- 1 small piece of chicken breast
- 30g quinoa
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 slices orange
- 1 tsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 handful of spinach
- A dash of ground almonds
- 1⼩块 鸡胸⾁
- 30g 藜⻨
- 1勺 ⻩芥末
- 3⽚ 橙⼦
- 1勺 橄榄油
- 少许 ⿊胡椒
- 1/4 ⻩⽠
- 1把 菠菜
- 少许 杏仁碎
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Take the marinated chicken breast in the foil out from the plastic bag. Place the full pack straight into the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, if you prefer to have hot quinoa – cut a small corner of the cooked quinoa bag and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Otherwise, enjoy it cold.
Place the quinoa on top of the vegetable and orange slices. Cut the cooked chicken breast into strips and place them on the quinoa. Squeeze some mustard on the chicken breast strips and sprinkle with a dash of ground almonds. Enjoy.
烤箱预热180℃。
把用锡纸包好的腌制好的鸡胸⾁从塑料袋里取出,不要打开锡纸包,把整个锡纸包直接放⼊烤箱烤20分钟。
如果你喜欢吃热的藜麦,那么把已经煮好的装藜麦的袋子剪个小角,放在微波炉里打2分钟。不过冷的也一样好吃。
然后把藜麦放在蔬菜和橙子片上,把烤熟的鸡胸肉切条也摆上,挤点黄芥末,撒上杏仁碎,即可享用。
