Ingredients:
- 100g chicken breast
- 50g canned black beans
- 50g corn
- 50g small tomatoes
- A little coriander
- 20g sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 100g 鸡胸肉
- 50g 罐装黑豆
- 50g 玉米
- 50g 小番茄
- 少许香菜
- 20g 甜洋葱
- 1汤匙 橄榄油
- 少许 黑胡椒
- 1汤匙 酱油
Instructions:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, fry the chicken breast until cooked, add the drained canned black beans, heat for 2 minutes, then transfer to a bowl.
Combine other ingredients in a bowl, toss well, sprinkle coriander and serve.
